Monthly allowances#

Requests and bandwidth reset on the 1st of each month (UTC). You get an email and a notice in the dashboard at 80 % and at 100 %.

When a workspace uses its whole request allowance, its sites answer with a short “temporarily over its limit” page until the month resets or you upgrade. Upgrading lifts it within seconds. Going over the bandwidth allowance doesn't take sites down; you'll be asked to upgrade.

Data stored in databases and file storage, and key-value operations, are measured about once an hour. Going over them doesn't take anything down either; admins get a notice at 80 % and 100 %.

Sign-in emails sent by Authentication are limited per project per day: 50 on Free, 500 on Starter, 2,000 on Pro and 10,000 on Agency.

Projects, custom domains and seats are checked when you add one; nothing existing is removed if you downgrade.

Overage on paid plans#

On a paid plan, the workspace owner can turn on Bill usage past the allowance under Settings › Billing. Sites then keep running after the month's requests run out, and what you use beyond the plan is billed with your subscription: $0.50 per million requests and $0.10 per GB of bandwidth. Pick a monthly cap ($10 to $250); once this month's overage reaches it, sites pause as they would without overage, and you get a notice. Overage is sent to billing once a day, so the last day of a billing period can show up on the following invoice.

Changing plans#

Subscribers switch between paid plans on the billing page. Before you confirm, HostEdge shows what the switch costs right now: the price difference for the rest of the billing period is charged at once when you move up, or credited toward your next invoices when you move down. New limits apply immediately. To cancel, use Manage billing.

First-deploy checks#

Sites from free accounts in their first 14 days are checked for phishing pages, wallet drainers and hidden loaders before they go live. Almost every site passes instantly. If one matches, it waits for a person to look at it. Usually within a few hours. And you get an email either way.

Acceptable use#

Hosting phishing, malware, spam or content that breaks the law gets sites suspended and accounts closed. Read the Acceptable Use Policy. To report a site, use the report form.
