Questions
- What happens when I hit a limit?
- At 80 % and 100 % of a monthly allowance you get an email and a notice in the dashboard. Over the request allowance, sites show a short “temporarily over its limit” page until the month resets on the 1st or you upgrade — upgrading lifts it within seconds. Bandwidth overages never take sites down.
- Can I change plans later?
- Yes, any time, in Settings › Billing & usage. Upgrades apply immediately and are prorated, and tax is added at checkout where it applies. Downgrades never delete anything; you just can’t add more than the new plan allows.
- Is there a yearly plan?
- Yes. Pay for a year up front and get two months free: Starter $90, Pro $290, Agency $790 a year. It renews every year until you cancel, and the refund policy applies to the first payment.
- Do you charge for overages?
- No. Plans are flat prices. If you regularly need more, move up a plan.
- Which payment methods do you take?
- Cards and the other methods our payment partner Creem offers in your country. Creem is the merchant of record, so it collects tax and emails your receipt; all receipts are under Manage billing.
- Is there a trial?
- The Free plan doesn’t expire, so you can deploy real sites before deciding. New free accounts’ first sites get a quick abuse check before going live.
