Refund policy

HostEdge plans are billed in advance, monthly or, if you choose a yearly plan, once a year. Our payments are handled by Creem, who acts as the merchant of record: your card statement and receipt come from Creem, and tax is calculated and collected by them.

Cancel any time#

You can cancel in Settings › Billing & usage. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. You are never charged again after you cancel.

Refunds#

  • First payment: if you are unhappy with a new paid plan, ask within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full. This applies to yearly plans too.
  • Monthly renewals: we do not refund a renewal that has already started, but we will if we billed you by mistake or you were charged after cancelling.
  • Yearly renewals: if a yearly plan renewed and you did not mean to keep it, ask within 7 days of the charge and we will refund it, as long as the workspace has not used the new year.
  • Plan changes: upgrades are prorated. You pay only for the time on the higher plan, and the unused time on the old plan is credited.
  • Outages: if a long outage on our side affected your sites, contact us and we will make it right, usually with a credit or refund.

How to ask#

Email support@hostedge.app from the account email, or use Support inside HostEdge. Include the workspace name and the payment date. A person replies within two business days, and approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Chargebacks#

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. We can usually fix it faster, and a dispute can suspend the workspace while it is open.
